About SyncBricks

Process-led ERP and dependable managed IT

SyncBricks helps Australian small and mid-sized businesses get their processes and systems right, and keeps their IT running and secure. Plain advice, no lock-in, and the work documented so you stay in control.

Who we are

SyncBricks is the trading name of SyncBricks Technologies (ABN 99 257 759 706), based in Melbourne, Victoria. We work with businesses across Australia, mostly remotely, and on site when the work needs it.

We do two things, and we keep them connected: we help businesses fix how work flows and choose and implement the right ERP, and we provide managed IT so the systems people rely on every day are looked after properly.

How we work

Process first

We understand how the work flows before recommending software. Sometimes the answer is a better process, not a new system.

Plain advice

We explain options and trade-offs in plain English and tell you when something is not worth doing.

Vendor neutral

We recommend what fits your business. We are not tied to a single ERP or product line.

Documented

Processes, configurations, integrations and IT setups are written down and handed over, not kept in one person's head.

Yours to keep

Your data, licences, accounts and admin access stay in your name. You can change provider without asking our permission.

In writing

Scope, assumptions, exclusions and how changes are handled are agreed before work starts.

Who we work with

Australian small and mid-sized businesses where systems and processes have not kept up with growth.

Platforms we work with

These are platforms we work with regularly. We are not claiming vendor partnerships or reseller status; we choose what fits each client.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Where are you based?

Melbourne, Victoria. We work with businesses across Australia, delivering most work remotely and visiting on site when the work needs it.

Do you only work with ERPNext?

No. ERPNext is a particular strength, but selection is vendor neutral. We recommend the system that fits your processes, size and budget, including staying on your current system if that is the right answer.

Can you do both the ERP project and the IT?

Yes. That is the point of having both services. One team understands the ERP, the integrations and the IT they run on, which avoids gaps between providers.
