ERP and managed IT · Australia

ERP implementation and managed IT for Australian businesses

We help small and mid-sized businesses get their processes and systems in order: mapping how work really flows, choosing and implementing the right ERP, connecting it to the tools you rely on, and keeping the IT underneath it secure and supported.

Process first

We map and improve the process before anyone configures software.

ERP done properly

Selection, implementation, ERPNext, integration and data migration.

IT that stays healthy

Helpdesk, devices, Microsoft 365, backup, network and security.

What we do

Two services, one team that understands both

An ERP is only as reliable as the devices, accounts and network it runs on. Managed IT is easier when the business systems are clean. We do both, and you can start with either.
Pillar 1

ERP and business processes

For businesses that have outgrown spreadsheets and basic accounting software, or whose current ERP no longer fits how they work.

  • Business process mapping before any software is chosen
  • Vendor-neutral ERP selection with a scored shortlist
  • ERP implementation, with ERPNext as a particular strength
  • Integration with Xero, e-commerce, CRM and payroll
  • Data migration from MYOB, Reckon, Xero and spreadsheets
Pillar 2

Managed IT services

For businesses that want their IT looked after properly, by people who know their environment, without building an in-house IT team.

  • Helpdesk support for your staff
  • Device management and Microsoft 365 administration
  • Backup that is tested, not just switched on
  • Network, firewall and Wi-Fi management
  • A security baseline aligned to the Essential Eight

How we work

Process first, then system

The order matters. Businesses that buy software first and sort out the process later tend to pay for the same project twice.
  1. 01

    Understand the business

We start with how you make money, where the bottlenecks are and what the owners and managers need to see. Not with a product demo.
  2. 02

    Map the current processes

Quote to cash, procure to pay, stock, projects, month end. We document how work actually flows today, including the spreadsheets and workarounds.
  3. 03

    Redesign before you automate

We remove steps that add no value and agree the future process with the people who run it. Automation comes after the process makes sense.
  4. 04

    Choose and configure the system

Only then do we shortlist, select and configure the ERP and integrations, so the system fits the agreed process rather than the other way round.
  5. 05

    Migrate, train and go live

Clean data, test with real transactions, train the people who will use it every day, and cut over with a clear plan and a fallback.
  6. 06

    Support and improve

After go-live we stay on for support, fixes and the next round of improvements. Managed IT keeps the devices, network and accounts underneath it all healthy.

FAQ

Questions people ask us first

What does SyncBricks do?

Two things. We help Australian businesses choose, implement and integrate ERP systems, starting with mapping and improving their business processes. And we provide managed IT services: helpdesk, devices, Microsoft 365, backup, network and security. Some clients use one, some use both.

Do you sell a particular ERP?

No. Our selection work is vendor neutral and we will tell you if your current accounting system is still the right fit. We have a particular depth in ERPNext, an open-source ERP, and we also work with businesses evaluating Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, NetSuite, Odoo, MYOB Acumatica and SAP Business One.

Why do you map processes before choosing software?

Because most ERP problems are process problems. If quoting, purchasing or month end is unclear today, a new system will make the confusion faster and more expensive. Mapping first means the requirements are real, the shortlist is shorter and the configuration is simpler.

Which businesses do you work with?

Australian small and mid-sized businesses, typically owner-led or with a lean finance and operations team, that have outgrown spreadsheets and basic accounting software, or that want IT looked after properly without hiring a full in-house team.

Where are you based and where do you work?

We are based in Melbourne and work with businesses across Australia. ERP and process work is delivered with a mix of on-site workshops and remote sessions. Managed IT support is delivered remotely, with on-site work arranged when it is needed.

How much does it cost?

It depends on scope, so we do not publish a price list. ERP work is quoted per phase after an initial scoping conversation, and managed IT is quoted per user and device once we know what you have. Our pricing page explains what drives the cost.
